These terms govern every booking made with InooPrime Ltd ("InooPrime", "we", "us"), a removals, logistics and transport company operating in Bristol and across the United Kingdom. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below.
Quotes & pricing
Estimates generated by our online price calculator are indicative and based on our standard published rates. A final, itemised quote is confirmed by email before your booking is locked in. All prices are VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once you accept your emailed quote and receive written confirmation from InooPrime. Payment terms are set out in your confirmation email; corporate clients may arrange monthly invoicing by prior agreement.
Cancellations & changes
Please notify us in writing as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a reasonable administration or callout charge, communicated at the time.
Extra time
For hourly-rate services, any time beyond the originally agreed booking is charged in 30-minute increments at half the confirmed hourly rate.
Insurance & liability
Every job is covered by goods-in-transit insurance and public liability cover. Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the value declared at booking and the terms of our insurance policy; we are not liable for items packed by the customer unless InooPrime's own packing service was used, nor for pre-existing damage or inherently fragile items not disclosed at booking.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the volume, access and nature of items being moved.
- Ensure valuables, cash and irreplaceable items are transported personally where possible.
- Ensure reasonable access to collection and delivery locations, including parking where required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
